Created in the summer of 2021, Honesty for Ohio Education (H4OE) is a growing, nonpartisan statewide coalition that champions honesty, diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. Born from a grassroots effort of committed Ohioans, the coalition proudly represents students, families, educators, advocacy organizations, legal professionals, researchers, policy experts, and faith groups.
H4OE is committed to using Race Class Narrative in our messaging and actions. As an organization that advocates around urgent legislative and policy issues, our culture is fast-paced and entrepreneurial. We work with stakeholders and partners across the state to educate and activate Ohioans around House Bills 322 and 327 in the state legislature, developments at the State Board of Education, and advocacy in local school districts to support honesty in education and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
