OHIO STATEHOUSE
What are Sub HB 327 & HB 322?
In May 2021, three Ohio State Representatives introduced two alarming education bills, Sub House Bill 327 and House Bill 322, designed to prohibit, censor, and restrict honesty in education. Both bills are "copycats" of similar legislation sitting in more than two dozen statehouses across the country. Here in Ohio, the House referred the bills to the State and Local Government Committee for review, instead of the House Primary and Secondary Education Committee where they could be critically examined by a body of education experts.
The bills heard proponent testimony in June, with opponent testimony expected in Fall 2021.
Sub HB 327 and HB 322, and similar bills, reject honesty in education and promote an incomplete, inadequate form of education for Ohio students.
